Over years of partnership with our great clients, we’ve developed a personalized, responsive process that utilizes a metrics- and attribute-based interview process, giving you full confidence you’ve made the right hire. We understand you’ve been looking for the innovative, diverse candidate capable of stepping in and providing results right away, so we’ve ironed out our processes to achieve just that.

Consultation

We meet with all members of your team involved with the hiring decision-making process to discuss the details of the role and set expectations for the search. We then submit our custom designed questionnaire to all team members. This will identify specific attributes, expectations, goals, metrics, cultural fit and overall role requirements. Once completed, the data from all the questionnaires is compiled to create our Mission Statement.

Sourcing

We leverage our network and exclusive, time-intensive search process. Utilizing the custom designed Mission Statement for your specific search assignment, we thoroughly source and evaluate key candidates in the market.

Interviews

We prep candidates and assist with any scheduling, traveling, and logistical items as needed to ensure the most efficient and thorough interview process possible.

Offer

Guidance is provided to both parties to set expectations, work through the design of the compensation plan and negotiate the offer of employment. We also coach candidates on resignation issues possibilities and help them navigate through potential counter-offers, which will ultimately lead to a successful outcome.
